Use DMARCER inside your AI assistant
Connect DMARCER to Claude or ChatGPT and ask about any domain's email security in plain language - the assistant pulls live answers straight from our public tools.
Rolling out. The public connector is launching shortly. The setup below is how you'll add it - contact us for early access.
Ask about email security, in plain language
DMARCER works with the Model Context Protocol (MCP), the open standard that lets AI assistants call external tools. Once connected, your assistant can use DMARCER's public tools on demand – no need to open the dashboard, and no need to mention DMARCER by name. Describe an email problem and it knows to check.
It uses only our public data – the same domain check and benchmark anyone can run on this site. Your account data is never exposed unless you separately and explicitly connect an authenticated account.
Try asking your assistant
- “Check the email security of yourdomain.com”
- “Why might emails from yourdomain.com be going to spam?”
- “Is yourdomain.com protected against spoofing?”
- “How does my industry score for email security?”
- “What do I need to fix to reach DMARC enforcement?”
What the assistant can do
All from public data – no signup, no account access.
Score a domain
Get a domain's email-security score out of 100 and the specific issues across SPF, DKIM, DMARC, MTA-STS, TLS-RPT and DNSSEC.
Explain what's wrong
Turn a raw result into a plain-English diagnosis of why mail might be failing or be spoofable – and what to do.
Compare to the benchmark
See how a domain or a sector compares against our benchmark of tens of millions of domains, by industry and country.
How to connect it
It's a one-time setup in your assistant. You'll add DMARCER as a custom connector using this address:
https://mcp.dmarcer.net
In Claude
- Click your initials (bottom-left) → Settings.
- Open Connectors in the sidebar.
- Scroll to the bottom and click Add custom connector.
- Name it DMARCER, paste the address above as the remote MCP server URL, and click Add. No OAuth is needed – it's public and read-only.
- Open a chat, make sure the DMARCER connector is enabled, and ask one of the questions above.
Available on Free, Pro, Max, Team and Enterprise (Free allows one custom connector).
In ChatGPT
Custom MCP connectors need Developer mode turned on first (on the web; Plus, Pro, Business, Enterprise or Edu):
- In Settings → Connectors (Apps & Connectors), open Advanced settings and enable Developer mode.
- Back in Connectors, click Create.
- Enter a name (DMARCER), a short description, and paste the address above as the MCP server URL.
- Click Create – you'll see DMARCER's tools listed.
- In a chat, enable the DMARCER connector and ask about a domain.
A note on privacy
The public connector exposes only public information – the same domain check and benchmark anyone can run on this site. It does not expose any customer account data. Connecting an authenticated account (to query your own domains) is a separate, opt-in step that requires logging in and is controlled per organisation. See our security & trust page for how we handle data.
