Cookie policy
The cookies we use, what they do, and how to control them.
Last updated: 28 June 2026
1. What cookies are
Cookies are small files stored on your device when you visit a website. They let a site work properly, keep it secure, and remember preferences. This policy explains how DMARCER (iVibe Media Limited) uses cookies and similar technologies across our website, app and support site. It should be read with our Privacy Policy.
2. How we use cookies
We keep cookies to a minimum. We use only strictly necessary cookies to run and secure our services, plus, where applicable, privacy-respecting analytics. We do not use third-party advertising or cross-site tracking cookies, and we do not sell your data.
3. The cookies we set
Session cookie, keeps you signed in and maintains your session. Strictly necessary.
Anti-forgery token, protects forms against cross-site request forgery (CSRF). Strictly necessary.
Audience preference (kb_aud), on our support site, remembers whether you're viewing articles for MSPs or direct businesses. Functional.
Cloudflare bot protection (Turnstile), helps verify you're a real visitor on forms such as the contact page and domain check, to prevent abuse. Strictly necessary for security.
Analytics (if enabled), helps us understand aggregate, non-identifying usage so we can improve the site. Configured to respect your privacy.
4. Third-party services
Some pages rely on third-party services that may set their own cookies, including Cloudflare (security and delivery) and our payment provider Stripe (on checkout/billing pages). Their use of cookies is governed by their own policies.
5. Controlling cookies
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies through their settings. Because the cookies above are largely strictly necessary, blocking them may stop parts of the service, such as signing in, submitting forms, or completing a domain check, from working correctly.
6. Changes
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "last updated" date above.
