Integrations that fit how you already work
DMARCER plugs into your PSA on four independent pillars (company sync, asset linking, ticketing and billing) and into your clients' DNS for one-click fixes. Halo, Autotask, SuperOps and ConnectWise, plus eight DNS providers.

Your PSA, kept in step automatically
Your PSA is where your business runs: companies, assets, tickets and contracts. DMARCER’s PSA integration is built on four pillars that keep that system of record in step with the email security you manage, without copy-paste and without a second console to babysit.
Each pillar can be enabled independently, so you can start with just ticketing and turn on asset linking or billing when you’re ready. Nothing is forced on, and nothing is ever deleted from your PSA.
The four pillars
- Company sync: map each client to its PSA company
- Asset linking: every domain to a PSA asset / CI
- Ticketing: alerts become tickets that self-heal
- Billing: unit counts kept in step with contracts
Four pillars, switched on when you want them
Each pillar does one job well and runs independently of the others. Enable the ones that fit how you operate today, and add the rest as your managed service grows.
Company & tenant sync
Map each DMARCER client to its company in your PSA, so every domain, alert and billing line is attached to the right customer from the start, with no mismatched records and no guesswork.
Asset linking
Every monitored domain links to a PSA asset or configuration item. DMARCER matches an existing asset before creating one, so it never duplicates, and it never deletes anything from your PSA.
Ticketing
Alerts become PSA tickets, mapped to your own priorities and scoped to the right company, and they self-heal, closing automatically when DMARCER sees the underlying issue clear. See alerts →
Billing & contract sync
Push domain and unit counts to the right PSA contract line so billing stays accurate automatically, with flexible per-client billing modes and a billing audit so you can see exactly what changed and why.
